ANYONE!
This is the beauty of it! You don't have to be a News Reporter or a Journalist from a big company. You can be a Soccer Mom or a kid sharing his artwork with friends.
The list is long for who blogs:
- Business
- News Channels
- Political Groups
- Advertisers
- Grandma's
- Social Groups
- Book Clubs
- Schools
- Geneologist
I really could include just about any one and everyone. If you have something to say and you would like to share it, you can have a blog. I am not saying everyone one reads your blog. There are too many blogs for any one to do that.
Some simple guidelines for Blogging:
- Take Responsibility not just for your own words, but for the comments you allow on your blog.
- Label your tolerance level for abusive comments.
- Consider eliminating comments.
- Ignore the Trolls.
- Take the conversation offline, and talk directly, or find an intermediary who can do so. (if you have problems)
- If you know someone who is behaving badly, tell them so.
- DON'T SAY ANYTHING ONLINE THAT YOU WOULD NOT SAY IN PERSON.
When blogs first started it was a problem to keep the comments under control. Now a days if some one wants comments or wants to hassle some one they do it mostly on Face Book. Same goes if some one wants comments or a discussion they will take it to Face Book for a more immediate response.
